1930s Family Home in Zeist

‘Space, light and modern comfort. A house firmly in the present with the character of the past’. That was the description of these homeowners’ ideal home. The residence has the sturdiness and solid character of a Dutch 1930s house and its exterior has been restored to its former glory, including an extension on the side which houses the entryway and a spacious pantry. Our architects did the designs, which included glass panel expanses in the open-plan kitchen. These grace the kitchen with the best possible view of the back garden and the woods behind it. The clients did the construction management themselves.
